There isn’t an ability to archive issue. In premium and enterprise there is the ability to archive a project. Do you really need to archive an issue or can you just mark it as done? Finally I’m on sure what you mean by the use of “row” here.

I need to unarchive tasks in a board for a business project.

I need help understanding how you “archived” these tasks. I suspect what you mean is that the tasks have been marked done and have subsequently aged off of your board. The issues are still there they just want displayed on the board after a certain period of time. Are you wanting to have those issues appear in the done column again or are you just trying to find the issues?

I want all tasks to be displayed on the board. Now they, which are older than 14 days, are disappearing from the board.PXL_2.jpeg

Ok. So for terminology sake that really isn’t archiving rather that is referred to as aging. Issues or age off of the board differently depending on the type of project you were on. If you are on a TMP project indeed issues age off after 14 days. With a CMP project you can control when or if the age off.

I suspect but cannot tell for sure that you are using TMP. Assuming so This aging period is not yet configurable. You may wish to vote or watch this issue - JSWCLOUD-21257

The default kanban board for business projects cannot be modified. The only way to achieve your goal would be to create another kanban board that is fully configurable. If you do this you will need to set the location for your board to be associated with your profile. Then you can add a link in the side bar of your project to this new board. Please note that you can't replace the existing board with this new board.
