Burndown not Decreasing but does in some projects but not all boards

i have a project with 2 boards ( 2 sprint teams) so the issue cannot be the workflow. one board is collating the 'Done/resolved' work and producing changes in the burndown and the other isnt. 

I also have a team with a new independant work flow who is logging no progress when work is done. The post function is set to resolved, done is present on the board, resolution is 'set/ticked' on the board. The status does state resolved. but the burn down is still flat. 

In each case the burn down recognizes change in scope in the sprint (increase) but not a decrease 

Can anyone help?

Are the "done" issues in the very last column of the board?

Ok, good, and all their sub-tasks (if they have any)?

No all are stories or bugs or tasks, no links to dependency's in them. status is set to resolved but ive noticed the 2 new tickets are resolution status= Done Even though the transition states is should be resolved. The default resolution is also set to resolved.

Could we have a look at the board configuration and where all the issues are on the board?

3. burn down not acknowledging the 'done' story

4. validations on 'done' in the work flow (all status can transition to done) 

5. Resolved is the default status

6. Ticket in 'Done' is showing resolved
