Burndown Chart

Hello All,

In our projects, Burndown charts are not showing properly after deleting the indexing file in Jira home and we have done reindexing the Jira application.

After reindexing the Jira application we are not able to see burndown charts for active sprints.

For active sprints, it is working okay.

Completed sprints:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Manikanta.

Do not delete the index files - they are there for good reasons.  One of them is generating reports like the burndown chart.

Hi @Nic Brough -Adaptavist-,

Please, Could you help me how to generate the burndown charts for completed sprints again?

Don't delete the index files.  Then the charts will work.

Hi @Nic Brough -Adaptavist-,

The issue has been resolved after "Full lock and indexing" Jira application.

Yes, that's because a full lock and index rebuilds the index files you destroyed.
