BulkClone - the page to BulkClone is all greyed out

I go to BulkClone page for a projectm, where I can select a filter I created, but except that all the fields and buttons are greyeed and I cannot do anything.

I have a BulkClone group in my jira in which I am, and also BulkCloners role for the project, in which I am as well (it is a demo setup).

Any ideas?
