I was working on the TMX execution for which I had results in the artifactory and when I used to upload the results through the import option in the test execution , it affected the test plan, so many test cases are affected and affected the so many people. What is the root cause of this error, or the import of .xml file has any limitation ?

Are you using an app to manage the tests in your instance? Is it Xray, Zephyr or something else?
