Bulk update to all the stories

Is there a way to bulk upload 1 of the field in Jira?? Example: I have to add Target Date to 60 stories a time.

You have the "bulk" function that affects issues level, you could apply a filter and use this function with all tickets at once. For this you need global and project permissions.
