Bulk update of Issue Type scheme for all projects

One default  Issue Type Scheme is being actively used by 1500+ projects ; we need to identify a way to update them in bulk. Do we have utility to perform this task . If its possible for the update to be done from Database backend, please help.

You don't need to update anything in bulk - if your projects are all using the same scheme, you just need to amend that one scheme.

There is no way to get to the database on Cloud (and you wouldn't want to do it that way anyway, database amendments on Atlassian systems are slow, painful, and usually a fantastic way to render your system completely unusable)
