Bulk import of Issues/Sub-Issues within JIRA Plan Creation

I'm building my project plan within JIRA. Looking forward to have bulk import of my projects' tasks/sub-tasks issues within this window. I'm unable to find any bulk import module at the plan level of my project. I saw its doable while installing one of the python scripts, I'm looking this feature using csv import file , anybody know how to do it.

There is a section on the page which covers Creating Sub-tasks - which includes uploading the Tasks/Sub-tasks in one file.
