I've taken over a Jira Cloud instance that has multiple teams and projects and they seem to all be using different statuses for the same thing.
EG some teams are using BACKLOG for newly created issues and some are using PENDING for the same thing.
I need to standardise the whole company but I can't see a way to take the 158 tickets that are sat as PENDING and make them BACKLOG.
I'm sure I've done this before......

If you search for those issues and then see on the right top corner tools, you can do the bulk change (picture attached).
