×Hello - This page suggests that bulk user deactivation but I am not seeing the Directory>Managed Accounts option after logging into the admin console of my organization.

would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you are seeing? It may be an issue of configuration for the old user management view. Also, to be clear, you will have to have managed accounts where you have verified your domain to perform what is explained in the document.
