Bulk Move: target project / issue type dropdown is empty and JavaScript error

I'm trying to use Bulk Move (/secure/views/bulkedit/BulkMigrateDetails.jspa) but on the step where I need to select the target project and issue type, the dropdowns do not show any suggestions and I cannot click Next.

When I open the browser developer tools , I see the following JavaScript error:

Hi @a_inoue and welcome,

are u sure you are on a cloud instance? It seems an error caused by a third part app. Please could you provide us jira url so that we can figure out your instance type?

do you have any third part app installed?

I identified that a browser extension was causing the issue!

It seems you don't have move issue permissions on the projects the work items are currently in?
