Bulk Move issues is not working in JIRA server

Bulk move issues between projects go in an infinite loop.

The same issue is happening when the users are trying to clone the issues between the same projects.

We have already re-indexed are JIRA server & bypassed load balancer. However the issue still persists. Could anyone please help with the solution.

I would open a ticket with Atlassian support instead and provide them support zip files so that they can investigate further.
