Bulk Change Show "Clear sorts"

Hi Everyone,

I tried to do some bulk change in my JIRA(Cloud). However, when I clicked the bulk button, it shows Clear sorts...why is that? How to fix this issue?

That's not the "bulk button", it's the "other actions on this filter" menu.  Clear sorts appears to be the only option here, and if you click it, you should find it clears any sorting you have applied across the top of the results grid.

Bulk change is another option that usually appears in this menu, but I'd say you don't have "bulk edit" permission in the global permissions, so it's hidden from you in here.
