Bulk Change: Can you perform more than one change the same operation

When performing a bulk change, is it possible to:

a. move issues to another project

and

b. add a comment to those issues

in the same bulk change operation.

Currently it seems I am only allowed to do one or the other but not both. Thanks.

The short answer is no, you cannot combine different bulk changes into one operation.
