Hi All,

I wanted to establish automatic back-ups in JIRA. I've found some articles (e.g. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/services-867028234.html or https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/automating-jira-application-backups-861253817.html), but option described there ('Export service') is missing. I have only 'Mail handlers' available. We area 'Small team' and have Cloud version.

I have administrator permissions.

Can anyone advise?

Thanks,

A

Yes, Cloud does not have those services because it does not need them, as Cloud does it differently to server, or they allow you to do things that Atlassian do not want to support you doing in their managed service.

The documentation for Server is often not appropriate for Cloud, so bear that in mind when you're reading docs!

I think what you really need here is https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-automate-backups-for-jira-cloud-applications-779160659.html
