Build: rpm: Build: rpm is required. Error message

Hi Guys May be a Newbie question but having been able to add Jira stories this morning I am now getting this error when I click the Create button.

Build: rpm: Build: rpm is required.

At the top of the create page window. Does anyone know what it means? Apologies if I picked the wrong forum.

You have a field called "Build: rpm" in the system and it has been set as mandatory in the current project (and possibly just issue type in that project)

Jira is therefore demanding that you set it.  But I'm guessing the field is not on the create screen, so you can't?
