I saw that a 3rd party site was calling jira a product in the bug tracking field. Bug tracking has a special (less beneficial) implications for US taxes.
Do most users use Jira for bug tracking or to track new development tasks?
I think in US you get tax benefits for products for bug tracking.
Most users use Jira to track entire development lifecycle which includes tracking new stories as well as backlog bugs.
