Hi @Richard Barraclough 

A baord is based on a filter.

Check the configuration of the board for the filter used, does the Bug fall into the filter.

I suspect not, that means, you need to change the filter or a field on the Bug most have a value to be in the filter.

There could be multiple reasons why the Bug is not visible on board

  1. Boards only show issues that match their JQL filter. Please navigate to your board settings and validate the filter query and see if the space name is correct, workitem type - Bug is included, Component, Label or Fix Version (if used in the filter) matches with the workitem
  2. Check if the work item's status is mapped to a column and is not present under unmapped statuses
  3. Check if any swimlane is configured.
  4. Quick filters can hide workitems, so validate quick filters as well
  5. If its a scrum board, validate if the workitem belongs to an active sprint
  6. If its a Kanban board, check if the board is using any sub filter

Could you please verify the Board filter and the Quick filter applied on the Board to check if TP-338 matches the filter criteria?

HI,

As @Marc -Devoteam- mentioned, the workitems visible in the board is dependent on the board filter. Please check that the Work items are included in the filter under Board settings -> Details "Board filter"

Another possible issue could be that the status is not correctly mapped in the board columns. Please check the mapping under Board settings -> Layout -> Columns
