A baord is based on a filter.
Check the configuration of the board for the filter used, does the Bug fall into the filter.
I suspect not, that means, you need to change the filter or a field on the Bug most have a value to be in the filter.

Could you please verify the Board filter and the Quick filter applied on the Board to check if TP-338 matches the filter criteria?

As @Marc -Devoteam- mentioned, the workitems visible in the board is dependent on the board filter. Please check that the Work items are included in the filter under Board settings -> Details "Board filter"
Another possible issue could be that the status is not correctly mapped in the board columns. Please check the mapping under Board settings -> Layout -> Columns
