Bug: order of subtasks changes when status changes

Essentially, if I move a subtask's order, then change its status, the order will revert.

This bug has made Jira unusable for me with the amount of subtasks I use. So much so that after returning to Jira after 3 years the bug still exists which is remarkable considering it seems like it's a really common operation.

The bug is 100% reproduceable and happens on existing and new tasks:
1. Create a task with child tasks.
2. Reorder a child task.
3. Change that child tasks status.
4. Order will revert.

I should note that the problem also happens when I change the status of any task after. So basically, changing the child task order is unusable whenever making further status changes.
