That does not tell us how you are creating or entering it into Jira.  Please explain how you have configured it in Jira?

Key Value is the Bug Id/ Token Id in Jira.  Where as the Key Id is Auto Generated along with Project Keyword. We can View the Bug Id in Board page and Issue list page.

Don't know.  What is a "Bug Serial number"?  How are you entering or creating it?
