Bug: Opening a deleted issue reports a misleading error

Environment:

• JIRA Cloud

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create JIRA project
2. Create an issue in that project
3. Delete the issue
4. Reopen the page of that issue (by giving the issue number directly in the url)
5. An error is shown: 

You don't have access to this issue

Make sure the issue exists in this project. If it does, ask a project admin for permission to see the project's issues.

This title of this error is misleading as it indicates missing permission. The description is leading into the right direct.

So please improve the message title.

Hi @Roman Wolf,

While you are right (because you know the issue was deleted), navigating to an issue that does exist but you don't have permission to view results in similar behaviour: it cannot be found.

Still, if you want this looked into by Atlassian, the best you can do is raise a request directly with  Atlassian Support.
