We have a script which will try to access a jira using a regular browse URL. The HTML browser result is then parsed to get some information regarding the jira. This is done using a technical user.
Recently the browse response HTML returns a 200 OK code but the content has the below error:
Hi @SAP_USER

Try to check in other logs -- like catalina.out or atlassian-jira.log or if you have any other logs in <Jira-home directory>logs folder.
or
This error might be for your instance of JIRA.
if you have a paid subscription please raise a support ticket from below url, so that you can get the solution ASAP.
