We have a script which will try to access a jira using a regular browse URL. The HTML browser result is then parsed to get some information regarding the jira. This is done using a technical user.

Recently the browse response HTML returns a 200 OK code but the content has the below error:

Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error Error reference: 235bdf2f-ad45-4bb7-ab53-b9386bf6fb37&Unable to render full error details at this time.
Please consult the error logs for more information.
The above is a server side error and we have no reference to the error log.
This call works ok when the technical users are not used.
