Broken images on issues comments emails notifications to assignee

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I've verified the problem on a Jira Software Server 8.4.2 installed on linux, both on Jira Server Software 8.3.3 installed on windows, using in both cases different mail technologies.
Now I describe the problem in detail:
If a post a comment on a issue through email, the assignee receive a mail with broken images, as you can see in screenshot
I've checked jira email log, catalina log, mailserver log but I've not found any notice of this error, I've also checked email original, and done online research without result
Has anyone had the same problem? How did you solve it?
