Bring the information back from the Jenkins about the console output

Hi folks, 

How can I retrieve the following information back from the Jenkins?

• Console Output
• Stage views
• Actions performed

I didn't find any Jenkins or Jira Plugins, which can do that. Could you please guide us on that? It's needed for our audit purpose.

Can you describe a little bit more what do you want to achieve?
How would you like that information to be presented in JIRA and what audit requirements do you have?

I think that you could partially achieve what you need with https://github.com/jenkinsci/jira-plugin by commenting related Jira issues from the pipeline runs.
