Bring back the Quickstarter

Hello,

for new users there is a Quickstarter, which helps you with Jira. After discard it, it's not possible for users to bring it back. The option which is mentioned here,is not available for us. Any suggestions?

Hi Christian - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Click on your avatar and then you should see an option for Open Quickstart. 

However, this doesn't appear to be available for JSM projects, but it should be there for Jira Software and Business projects.
