Bounce email before restore backup

After re-establishing the backup in the project, the functionality of replying to a comment by sending emails to the jira@xxxx.atlassian.net account has been broken. It no longer works. Bounce all emails. I have changed the configuration of Incoming Mail and Mail Handlers to use gmail and it also bounces them. Please I need help.

What are the symptoms of "bounce all emails"?

I ask because a bounce usually means the email server has rejected an email, not Jira.

When replying to an email sent by jira from the email, it bounces and never reaches its destination, generating the comment on the related issue

Whenever I replay a notification email, the email always bounces. And the comment never comes to jira.

Ok it doesn't get processed by Jira, but what exactly are you getting from a "bounce"?

When I reply to the notification email to jira@xxxx.atlassian.net, I should add the body of the email as a comment. But what he does is reply to me with another email from
bounce@atlassian.net with the body "This message could not be delivered." and an attachment called noname.

That looks like Atlassian thinks your mail is spam.  

You'll need to raise this as a support request with them over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact

 Uuh It was my mistake, I didn't see that I log in with that account.
