Borderline user tier upgrade

Hi folks,

I currently have a 45 users monthly subscription and recently switched to annual subscription in tier 25-50. But now I know that we could potentially reach 55 users at the end of the year and not grow any further. What are my options? Do I have to go to pay for the tier 50-100 (!!) even though more than 40 users will be unused for a long time? Or is there a tier 50-75 for example? What do you recommend?

Hello @AndreaV , welcome to the Atlassian Community

You have two options:

  1. Pay for the extra 40
  2. Perform active user management on a need-to-have basis, to stay below 50 users.

I've got a similar issue as my user group nears the 1000 mark. I know your pain.

Hello Dick,

thank you for your response.

If so I will have to reconsider and go back to monthly subscription per user until I reach a much higher number of users, I hope it is feasible. :/
