Seraching for issues in JIRA works like it usually does, going through any of the boards (which all worked yesterday) will show items in the backlog but not in the active sprints, board or issues pages.

Hi Guy,
There is an article titled Issues are not appearing in Boards that I would start with first. When there is an inconsistency in data like that I always recommend trying a Full Reindex first.
Take a look at that article and if that doesn't help you may want to put in a support ticket to have the team look at the database and test locally.
