Hi All!
We have some projects ongoing in JIRA, and for each of them we have some items already markes as "Done", however they are not reflecting on the main board. For example, we mark an item as "Done", we can see the item as "Done" if using JQL for example, however in the board they are not showing up. The "Done" columns shows empty for us.
In another case we have, we have more than 100 items marked as done, however, just 5 are showing up.
Can you please share some opinion?
Thanks
Allan.
Hi Allan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Team-managed projects and Jira Work Management/Business projects only show Done issues on the board for 2 weeks. After that, they are automatically removed.
For Company-managed projects, there might be a setting that removes the Done issues after a week or two. Check the board settings > General tab and look at the bottom.
Yeah, it is a team managed project. I believe its due that this limitation.

Two things usually create this behavior:
You could also have mapped the statuses wrong, but since you see some closed issues that should not be the case, unless you have multiple closed statuses or data from different Jira projects that use different statuses.

Hi @Allan Stevan Pereira de Oliveira - JCATLM, welcome to the community!
Which type of project are you using, team-manage or company managed? Also, is it a Jira Work Managed project?

I'm asking this because, in this case, you can't change the board's behaviour. There are a few other threads about it. You can change it on the board configuration if you are on a company-managed project using JSW.
