Board not accessible error for rapidboard

Hey all,

I'm trying to troubleshoot a "Board not accessible" error when clicking on a link for a Rapid Board created by a now deactivated user.

Does anyone have a link to any info, documentation, etc... about Rapid Boards? Is it a plug-in, dashboard gadget, etc...?

Nothing comes up when I search for "Rapid" or "Rapidboard" in my Jira Cloud instance. And when I Google "Jira Cloud Rapidboard", it gives me what looks like old documentation for Server/DC.

Hi @JRodney Estrada ,

If you go to your administration, try changing the filter ownership that's tied to the board. After that, try accessing the board.

Hi @Benjamin , Good idea. I tried that but no success, same error.

I wish there was documentation that compared/contrasted Rapidboard, Quickboard and a regular project board.

Sorry to hear it didn't work out. I haven't come across any documentation on that. 

Try to open a Atlassian Support ticket.
