Can you please provide more information about your problem? Can you provide a screen image of what you are seeing?

Please confirm that you are viewing a Scrum Board and not a Kanban board.

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? It will say which it is at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left.

Do you see Active Sprints as an option in the navigation bar on the left?
