Board column with more than one status

If i have a board with a column that reflects more than 1 status (2-3) 

All the stories / Bugs in this column looks "Mixed" and it's not clear enough what status is associated with the issue 

Is there any way to aggregate all the issues with the same status together (visually)? 

(without  add the status to the card layout)

unfortunately not. agree this is a bit messy but that is what we have. you could consider a quick filter to help visualize on the fly.
