New to JIRA.
I have a Team Managed Project.
In the Board View, I cannot see all my Tasks.
I also cannot configure the Board Settings in Project Settings, and the only options I found was to the far right in the ...More option.
In the Workflow option, it allows me to change between 2 options, but I cannot select all to get a high level view of every task I have.
How can I change that?
Hello @daleaceron
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
You appear to be using a Business/Work Management project. You can double check the project Type by going to the View All Projects page under the Projects menu, finding your project in the list, and looking at the information in the Type column.
With Business (aka Work Management) projects the capabilities of the board view are different from the board views for Software projects. One item that is different is that Business projects can show the issues associated with only one Workflow at a time. The image you provided indicates that your project has two Workflows; one that applies to the issue type named Graphic, and one that applies to the other issue types.
That is core functionality of the board that is built in to Business projects. It can't be changed.
You could create and save a Filter that selects all the issues in your project, and then create another board (Scrum or Kanban) based on that saved filter. That new board would function like the boards that are created for Company Managed Software projects and be able to show issues that use different workflows all together on the board.
If you need more details around any of the above, please don't hesitate to ask more questions.
On a side note, you may want to consider accessing some of the free training available concerning Jira. There is on-demand training at

Thank you so much @Trudy Claspill
I really appreciate you replying with such a detailed response. I will look into creating a new board with the saved filter settings. In addition, I most certainly will look into those free training resources. I am sure they will be quite valuable as I start to dive into JIRA Projects.
Thanks again!
Dale
