Board Settings in a Procurement Project

I'd like to change the details show in a card on the board in a Procurement project so that the amount and vendor are visible but the link to board settings doesn't appear (it also doesn't appear in a couple of other project template types). 

Am I missing something or are board settings not available for this template for some reason?
