Block multiple issues in automation

I have an automation where issues B, C and D have to be blocked by Issue A. I do want all issues to exist and seen by users, while blocked. 

Only when issues B, C & D are done, issue E can be unblocked. 

When creating a automation I only see the option "blocked by most resent issue" and trigger issue. Can I use a branch or smart field?
