Block User/Group to create a ticket in a specific Project

Hi there

I would like to know how could I block a user or a group to create tickets in a Project "BUSINESS?

I would like them to have the ability to VIEW-ONLY tickets but not able to create any tickets.

Hi @Joao Borges 

You need to modify the permission scheme and use "Create Issues" permission and only give to specific users, group or project role.

You need to be on a paid plan to use permission schemes.

@Ravi Sagar _Sparxsys_  right now the scheme that we have, i believe its default . It is linked to another 20 + projects. So any changes under create issues - will affect all the other teams.

Do i need to create a new permission scheme just for this 1 project ?
