Hello the community

One of my user can not use JIRA with IE : the screen is briefly displayed then become blank .

I have already deleted all cookies and temporary data from website on IE settings .

Moreover, this user can navigate in JIRA with Edge on the same PC .

I am running out of options : any thoughts ?

IE is no longer support browser. You need to have them move to Edge, FF, Chrome, etc.
