Blank page when signing in

Client to access help desk portal to register called, get page white, user accessed page normally, but today began to appreciate this problem.

Hi Lucas,

• How many users does this affect?
• Is this a Server or Cloud instance?

This could be caused by incompatible add-ons.  If this is a Server instance please put JIRA in Safe mode and test.  Let me know the results and the answers and we'll go from there.

Cloud Instance, 1 user. I discovered that even though it is not logged in the screen is blank, and when I accessed the developer page I found javascript errors
