We had the same issue today, so I'm pretty sure this is something on Atlassian side.

The blank page with MRJF-PROD-19395-default is almost certainly a stale browser cache or corrupted session token on your local machine. Since it resolves after a few F5 reloads, your browser is occasionally serving an outdated or partially cached version of the page assets. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) instead of a regular reload, and if it keeps recurring, clear your browser cache or try logging out and back in. Running in incognito mode is a good way to confirm it's cache/session related.

I do have an incognito window open logged in to a different account, that also gets the same blank page with code randomly.

Hmm can u switch networks and try from another. if u are at home or office try connecting through your mobile phones internet.
