Bit Bucket server one way integration to JIRA cloud

Hi,

I'm looking to integrate my internal Bit Bucket server with JIRA cloud without exposing the server.

Can I define a one-way connection so Bit Bucket will only push notifcation to JIRA?

Jira needs to be able to see the server in order to "integrate" with it.
