Billing Report

I am looking to replicate a report we custom built on Jira server before migrating to Jira Cloud. I haven't found a way to replicate it, but I'm sure there is one. 

We have the time reports plugin so if we can do it there that would be great as well. 

I just need a report that give me Project Name, Project Key, Issue, Issue Summary and total hours spent within a given timeframe. 

Its the exact same headers as the Timesheet report, however, Timesheet downloads individual rows for each time entry (so there could be 50 rows for the same issue).

I can share a sample if you email me back but I can't attach anything to this ticket.
