I opened a Jira account with two spaces. The total users on these spaces are 9. I understand Jira has a free tier account for 1-10 users but I received a mail saying my subscripiton has been deactivated and I haven't been able to use the Jira board since then.
I'm only interested in the free tier for now and I wouldn't know if I am doing something wrong.

Did the notification of deactivation tell you why your subscription was being deactivated?
If it is a billing issue you can contact the billing support team to get an explanation and help.

Was the subscription for Jira or Jira Service Management? JSM has a limit of 3 Agents versus Jira having a limit of 10 users for a Free subscription.

1. This is what I got from the mail (We’ve canceled the following subscription. This is because we’re missing the right payment details, so we weren’t able to process your payment.)
