We are currently unable to manage billing for our Atlassian account because our previous Billing Admin has left the company, and there are no remaining users with the Billing Admin role. E-44C-N89-CBE-E2C
I am an Organization Admin in our Atlassian environment, but I understand that Organization Admins do not have permission to assign Billing Admin roles or manage payment methods.

Thank you for reaching out.
Since your organization is on the improved billing experience (indicated by your Entitlement Number), billing roles are separate from Org Admin roles. Because the previous Billing Admin has left, you must contact our Billing and Licensing Team to be manually added.
Future Tip: Once access is restored, assign at least two Billing Admins to avoid being blocked again.

There are two ways you can re-assign the billing admin role to your (or some other account):
Atlassian does recomment to have at least two billing admins to prevent being locked out if one person leaves.
Or you can build some kind of offboarding process to ensure that you don't find yourself in this situation in the future.
