Biggantt error

Hi, I have issue wit biggantt and following error id: 2f6b8767624ad24ac6504a85c993157e01c6e457e6cb8d97ed6742f8c7fbd6ba54e2e695b3df661e7e077c590868d8d60b6107e95f5fa4473a044201a31c2bac.ab64dd8ef57ae25f5d18470eb9654f87bf2b98351b1292196c17ad7250d3da9168a2b717c89b00c7a43719acd9fe03b41450df53052978e6c6a76885ab2ef1ec.e4ba8471ecaabd1c8fb5d01510cdb8e862436b20a0fe34beab6cfb3e387872b7b6e8865682313eceb9c88206be6056b0788bbe6c2ce3796600e0d70a6c88b921.Tue Aug 31 06:32:39 UTC 2021

 

I do not know what to do, please help :)

Dear All, 
Our developers have investigated this unexpected error and discovered its cause. The bug was caused by Atlassian changing their REST API without notifying anyone. 
Please see the relevant ticket - ONE-38248 (use incognito mode to view it)
 
We fully understand the urgency of the situation. Therefore, we have maximally accelerated works, and hotfix will be released this evening/tomorrow. As you are cloud users, there is nothing you need to do; we will apply the fix automatically.

Thank you so much! We have work that is being halted because of this issue, a quick release would be very much apperciated!

We were aware of the severity of this problem. Therefore, we concentrated our efforts on delivering a solution as quickly as possible. 

Yesterday afternoon we migrated the cloud instances of our customers to a new BigPicture version, which resolved the issue.

Please be informed that we are aware of the issue with accessing the Gantt chart, and our developers are already working on it.

We're having an issue with BigGantt as well, starting this morning. Syncrinization won't end, getting errors and the tasks aren't showing up. Is it the same for you?

Anyways I contact support. Hopefully this will be solved quickly

So it seems that the problem is globally on the side of the BigGantt manufacturer. Cloud applications work so that the functionality and data are stored on the Vendor's server (not at Atlassian). Please contact BigGantt Support

When and how did you get this problem? Unfortunately, nothing can be known from this error. You will probably need to address this with BigGant Support

Hi Pavel, the problem turned up this morning. 

I jusu opened a biggantt and I got the error
