All was working correctly until changed the Jira URL...
Has anyone else run into this issue and have a resolution?

@Anna-BigPicture , any ideas? I've also logged tickets with Atlassian support and Appfire. Atlassian support says I have all the right admin priv on the Jira side and think tne issue may be corrupted within the plugin’s permissions management. I can't get in admin on the jira side to manage the Big Pic app to clear the cache.
