BigPicture - After changing Jira URL, BigPicture Gantts display a data corrupt error

All was working correctly until changed the Jira URL... 

  • Using BigPicture Enterprise version 5.4.0 & Jira Cloud
  • After changing the URL,  can no longer access as admin and whenever go to BP gantt, a data corrupt message is displayed for every project's gantt
  • Have checked jira global permissions has atlassian-addons-admin added for almost all items.
  • Have reverted back to the original Jira URL but it did not solve the issue.
  • It appears that BP now is not seeing the Jira project spaces
  • Don't have access to the Admin for BigPicture now to clear cache
  • Don't want to uninstall/re-install BP since not confident it won't affect existing project data and lose BigPicture programs/schedules
  • Have logged a ticket with both Atlassian and Appfire support but no resolution yet so adding here in case someone else has run into and hopefully resolved this issue

Has anyone else run into this issue and have a resolution?

@Anna-BigPicture ,  any ideas?  I've also logged tickets with Atlassian support and Appfire.  Atlassian support says I have all the right admin priv on the Jira side and think tne issue  may be corrupted within the plugin’s permissions management.  I can't get in admin on the jira side to manage the Big Pic app to clear the cache.
