Hi,
I have several spaces in JIRA which include tasks/subtasks. I wanted to view all the tasks assigned to my team on a single Gantt chart. To do this, I created a new Agile project in BigGantt and added all the necessary spaces to it. Then I labelled all the relevant tasks in all spaces with a specific label, and added a custom filter in BigGantt agile project so I could filter out only the relevant tasks on the Gantt chart. The problem I'm facing is that I can see the tasks belonging to company-managed spaces on the chart but not the tasks belonging to team-managed spaces. I made the team-managed space open but it doesn't seem to work. Can anyone help me resolve this?
Hello @Abdul Wahab Khan
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Have you reviewed the app documentation to see if it lists any constraints related to Team Managed Spaces?
https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DLP/overview
I quickly glanced at the Boards section and did not see anything specific about Team Managed projects there.
Have you tried creating an Agile project in BigGantt that refers to only a Team Managed space, and all items in that Team Managed space to confirm that BigGantt can access the data of a TM Space at all without any filters?
Did you verify in Jira the filter that you are using in BigGantt?
When I go to the BigGantt tab within the Team-Managed space itself, I can see all the tasks there. So BigGantt has access from within the space but not from outside.
As for the filter, it works for tasks in Company-Managed spaces.

I have not used BigGantt myself, so I don't have first hand experience with it.
If another community member doesn't chime in with suggestions, I recommend that you contact the support team for BigGantt. You can find their contact information on the Support tab of their listing in the Atlassian Marketplace.
