Big Picture: Synchronizing Skills

Hello,

we have recently upgraded to Big Picture 8.2 to use the synchronization of skills with the labels field. The configuration (linking the two fields) is done. Now I am adding a label, either with the code or the display name of a skill and expect this shows as well in the "required skills" field. It doesn't.

How is this feature supposed to work?

To add skill to a Jira issue page, you can activate BigPicture's Skills widget.

Here you will find step-by-step instructions: Skill Widget.

Please also ensure that you use the correct format while filling in a label: skill#[SKILL_NAME], e.g., skill#developer.
