Big Gantt Dependencies disappeared

Our team used Big Gantt product to create a roadmap like Gantt for Q3/Q4 activities. We created close to 140 JIRA Epics and set dependencies between them. 

However, today we found out that the dependencies had disappeared. We have lost hours of work and are trying to recover the dependencies (even hoping to be able to recover the Gantt from an earlier time if possible).

Was hoping to get some expert advice on how to possibly recover the Gantt from a possible backup. 

The JIRA tasks still have the dependencies set correctly but when imported into Big Gantt, the dependency lines and has 0 outbound/inbound links when you click on the task bars.

Update:  We were able to resolve the issue by clearing the cache. Followed the steps described in the documentation link below:
