Better Excel Export - remove hyperlink

In Jira export to excel using the better excel option, it exports the data to excel with the issue key as an hyperlink.

How to change it to export only the issue key but not make it as a hyperlink.

There is a configuration parameter that you can use to switch this feature on and off.

I'm not familiar with better excel export, and when I export issues to excel I use export to csv, which doesn't use hyperlinks for issue keys. If what you're using is the 'better exporter for Jira' add-on, I'd suggest to contact their support, maybe they can help.
