Best way to opt in users?

Looking for a way my teams can invite users to test their video games without having to add each tester as a user in the admin panel. We are experimenting with the issue collection feature and anonymous access. Any other ways to do this?

You can configure the mailhandler in such a way that it will create user account whenever the originating mail address is not related to an existing user on your instance. See this page, and in particular the section on Mail Handlers

Thanks. As I understand this the tester send an ordinary email to the mail handler address and that results in that tester being added to the user database. Correct?

Might there be a template for aggragating testers?
